Kōtare Grove, Rangitahi
Named after the birds and the trees – Kōtare Grove sits on the edge of the Rangitahi Peninsula in Raglan, overlooking the weaving estuary and rolling hills.
The front exterior provides a subtle glimpse of the tranquil vantage ahead, through raking windows and long external corridors leading directly through the house to the deck. The front entrance dips down, inviting you toward the view before revealing itself in mass from inside the doorway.
Retirement Retreat
This home was designed as a low-maintenance, high-lifestyle retreat for retirement. With a compact footprint, it delivers thoughtful architecture, guest-ready spaces, and easy indoor-outdoor flow.
