Cameron Holmes I Director
Cameron’s love for building started young, working alongside his dad to learn the trade. After finishing school, he completed his apprenticeship and has spent the last 19 years building and managing projects with top building companies in Hamilton, Christchurch, and Auckland. Whether on the tools or running the site, Cameron’s all about quality and making sure every job is done right from start to finish.

Mike Holmes I Director
Michael Holmes is co-founder of Nixon Homes and an integral part of the team. With a strong background in engineering and project management, he plays a vital role in overseeing strategic direction of the company. His focus also extends to sales, budgeting, marketing, and administration, ensuring the smooth operation of the business

Brad McCowen I Project Manager
Brad has been with Nixon Homes for 6 years and holds a BCITO qualification along with an LBP. As a Project Manager, he plays a crucial role in planning and coordinating builds from the handover from the sales team to the final handover to clients. He enjoys building strong relationships with new clients and helping bring their dream homes to life. Working alongside a talented team of staff and subcontractors, Brad takes pride in delivering high-quality homes that exceed client expectations.

Scott McCormack I Foreman
Scott has been with Nixon Homes for 3 years and holds a BCITO qualification along with an LBP. As a Foreman, he is the lead builder on-site, collaborating with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Scott enjoys working alongside the crew and takes great pride in producing high-quality homes that meet and exceed client expectations.
Liam Gibbons I Foreman
Liam has been with Nixon Homes for 5 years and brings 23 years of building experience to the team. As a Foreman, he is responsible for training apprentices while also ensuring that high-quality homes are built to exceed standards. Liam values the fun and positive team environment at Nixon Homes, a culture that is reflected throughout the entire team, making it an enjoyable place to work and grow.
