We’re incredibly proud to announce that Nixon Homes has taken home five awards at the 2025 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards – including the prestigious Regional Supreme Award for the Under $1 Million Category for our Kotare Grove project.
These awards are a huge honour for our team and a reflection of the care, collaboration, and quality we pour into every home. This year, we were lucky to have two special projects recognised – both very different homes with one thing in common: they were built with heart, for clients who trusted us with their vision.

This stunning home was designed in collaboration with Architecto and crafted for clients who had a clear vision for a timeless, architectural build. Clean lines, a considered material palette, and clever spatial design make this home stand out – and it was a real privilege to bring it to life. We're grateful to the homeowners for their trust and to Architecto for their creativity and partnership.
Rangitahi, Raglan – Built for Retirement, Awarded for Design

Our second award-winning project was built as a forever home in the heart of Rangitahi, Raglan – designed for retirement and relaxed living. At just 161sqm, this compact home proves that thoughtful design can deliver big on lifestyle. With open-plan living, beautiful natural light, and low-maintenance materials, it’s a home that feels just right for where our clients are in life. A huge thank you to the homeowners and the architect for trusting us with something so personal.
While we’re proud of these results, what matters most to us is creating homes that truly work for the people who live in them. These awards are a celebration of teamwork — between our clients, designers, trades, and the Nixon Homes crew.
